Musings about my journey into fitness and a healthier lifestyle. I am in my late forties, with diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol, all of which are more under control because of losing 60lbs over the past 3 years. I still struggle with self-discipline as far as eating and exercising enough and hope that by surrounding myself with like-minded people, I will be more likely to continue to make progress.
